The 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Avalon Dog Training Club Inc. is due to be

held at the Clubrooms on Wednesday, 8 July 2026 at 7:30pm.

As a current Life Member or a paid up Member you are entitled to attend the

Meeting and vote.

The Secretary must receive notices of motion to be presented at the meeting no

later than fourteen days preceding the meeting. Nominations for any Executive

position or the Committee must also be received 14 days prior to this Meeting.

The minutes of the 2025 AGM will be posted on our website AGM page prior to the

meeting.

The Annual General Meeting Agenda will be:

1. Apologies.

2. Minutes of the previous AGM.

3. President’s report.

4. Treasurer’s report.

5. Election of Officers.

6. Notices of Motion.

7. Honoraria.

8. General Business.

Should you have any items of general business you wish to have raised please

forward details to the Secretary before the Meeting.
